I am naturally a skeptical person of watches because I have never had a watch last longer than a few months. Much less the first week without a scratch on the face or the band breaking. This may honestly be my favorite digital watch to date. Shipping was sooner than expected so that is always a plus. Watch was simple to set up. Face is seated below the beveled edge. Came with a plastic covering on the face which surprisingly has acted as a screen protector, not that it has been necessary. Light lasts 5 seconds which is ample time to read the larger face. I would describe this watch as crisp. I have every intention of making this purchase again. Thanks for a quality product.
My current requirements for a wrist watch are simple - time, date, easy to read display. Though this watch has some other features, I now use my phone for functions I used to look for in a watch such as alarm, stop watch, countdown timer, dual time zones. [Yes, my phone can do time and date; but those are more convenient using the watch.] Fashion is no longer a concern of mine. Given my requirements and the price, this watch is a great value for me.
This watch is very practical, and serves its primary purpose. I would re-order this watch again; when my current one breaks. The only drawback that I have encountered; is regarding the watch's alarm function. For example: If it's currently 11:00pm, and I set the alarm, to wake me up at 7:00am. The watch will give a loud beep, every hour, until 7:00am arrives. This function defeats the purpose; especially when I am a VERY LIGHT sleeper.
I purchased this watch because my eyes are not what they once we're. I can take a quick glance day or night and read the time and date. In addition, it was so easy to set up the watch. I was done in 3 minutes! So setting up the watch which is usually for me the most tedious was very simple. There are bells and whistles with this watch. You want to see the time and date clearly? This is for you.
I needed a simple watch with a large display and light for my job where time is of the essence and is regularly logged. The watch comes exactly as pictured, is easy to use and is much nicer looking than other digital watches that cost twice as much. Not too much more to say than what you see is what you get and that's a good thing if this is what you're looking for.
This watch's face is HUGE! Which isn't a bad thing. It's very easy to read and has held up well. Had it for 2 weeks and I haven't noticed any water vapor appearing below the plastic (aka the watch sweat of impending death). Used during moderate swimming laps 3 times a week, in the jacuzzi, and sauna and doesn't show reasons for worry. 5/5 so far!
I thought that it was such a great deal, I bought 2. Second day now and it's still working. I have high hopes for it even if it has a short life span. I mean at least a year!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm not one for the timing possibilities and all the other features, but it seems like a lot of BANG FOR THE BUCK$$$$$$.
I bought this for one reason: easy to read day and night. I am happy with both. When the illumination button is pressed the light emitted by the digits are in sharp contrast with the background--what I had hoped.
This watch feels great when wearing it. Easy to use all of the functions. Keeps time very well. It handles contact with hard things without cracking or even picking up any marks. I am pleasantly surprised at how nice it is.
I work security and sometimes my watch gets put to the test of durability. Needless to say, it has held up, I can wash it with soap and water without any issues to the watch.
It is a nice fully functional watch, the only problem I have with it is that it is slightly uncomfortable.
I like the large numbers. I bike/hike 50+ mi./wk. and the numbers are easy to read while doing an activity.
Has what I want and need. LARGE read out, sturdy. No frills, work watch. I'll probably get one more.
